LINCOLN ADDITION : LINCOLN, MA

The original house was a small ranch. The client wanted to enlarge it, eliminate the “ranch character”, and give it a modern-clean feel. The second floor addition of a cross gable added two bedrooms and a porch on the first floor. The interior was altered to create a spacious open floor plan on the first floor with an integrated stair leading to the second floor. Although the remnants of the ranch are still visible, the atmosphere of the house has totally changed.
