WINCHESTER ADDITION II : WINCHESTER, MA

The existing house was a three-quarter Garrison Colonial with a great back yard and a good location. The challenge was to significantly increase the size while not making it too overwhelming. With setbacks, covered entries and enhanced details, a lot of volume was added while the scale remained discrete and in character with the neighborhood.
